Our policy is to continually invest in the more modern of plant and equipment to maintain and improve our quality and to keep a keen competitive edge.

Hewitt & Topham Ltd is very much up to date with the computerisation of planning, estimating and quoting. Each component is given a unique part number, and all the information to produce that part is then stored on the file server.
When the part is ordered the necessary paperwork (route, inspection and job cards) are printed, and issued with a unique works order number. This number is then the key for all progressing, raising outside process orders, certificate of conformity (if requested), through to final dispatching and invoicing.

Inspection cards are kept as a permanent record of that parts’ manufacture. If you require a repeat order then the details can be found and quickly assessed to enable commencement of production.
