GEAR MANUFACTURING

The company manufactures custom made gears to customer designs and/or samples in a number of different materials. All the recognised types of gears are continually in production, from 2.5m in diameter down to 6mm diameter.

Worm gears and worm wheels are regularly in for repair. The new replacements are in the foreground.

The company is also fully equipped for tooth profile grinding and worm thread grinding, as well as possessing a comprehensive modern gear testing facility.

Clutch, power belt pulleys are also manufactured along with the fitting of taper lock bushes.
